The App is a web and desktop tool used by the account owner to prepare promotional content and manually upload selected videos as drafts to the Luminare Gallery TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API.

These Terms of Service also govern your use of the Luminare Gallery website and related online pages. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Luminare Gallery

Luminare Gallery is an online wall art brand offering physical decorative prints through external platforms, including Etsy.

This website provides information about Luminare Gallery, links to external sales channels, and access to legal or policy pages required for platform integrations.

2. Use of this website

LuminareGallery, also referred to as Luminare Gallery Content Studio, may use developer tools provided by TikTok and Pinterest for authorized internal business use related to Luminare Gallery products.

The account owner authorizes the relevant Luminare Gallery account. TikTok features are limited to preparing promotional content and manually uploading selected videos as drafts. Pinterest features are limited to creating or managing Pins and boards explicitly selected and confirmed by the account owner.

These integrations are not intended for public user access, third-party publishing, spam automation, scraping, mass posting, or unauthorized data collection. Use of each external platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
